Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trusty Checker's mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Verification results are based on information provided and AI analysis
  • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of verification results
  • You are responsible for making your own decisions based on verification results
  • You must provide truthful and accurate information during verification
  • Providing false information may result in account termination and legal action

Pricing and Payment

Certain features of our Service may require payment. You agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription or service plan
  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
  • Pay applicable taxes and fees

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trusty Checker and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

We cooperate with law enforcement agencies to combat online fraud. If we detect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to:

  • Report the activity to appropriate authorities
  • Provide verification data to law enforcement
  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trusty Checker operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability
